Apartments Vives

The Vives building consits of  4 flats with  3 double bedrooms  (no  lift), living room with sofa bed (0,80 x 1,80 m), kitchen and 2 bathrooms (with shower) Accomodation for up to 7 people.
The 2 Penthouses are  equipped with one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (0,80 x 1,80), kitchenette and bathroom with shower.  The Penthouses can be accesed via lift (connection from the Arcadia buildiing).

BASIC kitchen utensils are available, also you will find a microwave, four cookig stoves, a coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. The Apartments are NOT equipped with  an oven or dishwasher.

WIFI and SAT-TV are available.

THE CEILING FANS HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY AIR CONDITIONIUNG (COOL/HEAT- FUNCTION) in all flats.

All Apartments have frontal sea-views.
